We all thought come 2021 and life would be “NORMAL”!

But is it?

Professionals or homemakers, as women, each one of us play multiple roles including shouldering the family caregiving responsibilities. Two successive Lockdowns, disruptions to daycare centers and schools, caregiving for parents or loved ones and work from home have further taken a toll on young women, homemakers and working women.

Today one of the biggest challenges that all of us are facing is maintaining work-life balance, while coping with increased stress, compromising physical and emotional health which finally leads us to burnout and lower work productivity.

So how does one engage in self-care and wellness routines depending on our personal situation, context, and preferences?

In response, Parama Naturals, aligned with its goal of wellness, has initiated the ParamaTalks series - Conversations with experts to enable women to make well-informed choices for sustainable healthier lifestyles...for physical, mental and emotional well-being.

ParamaTalks will provide a platform to:

• share personal experiences and challenges faced
