1. Pre-bath massage - Pour a small amount of the Parama Naturals Baby Massage Oil in to your hands. Rub your palm together to warm the oil further. Gently massage onto the baby's body. Leave for 20-30 minutes. Cleanse. Rinse the baby with warm water.
2. Post-bath moisturizer - After bath, gently apply the Parama Naturals Baby Massage Oil to the baby and leave on.
